The specific applications of different hardness Honest Horse Steel Shot and grit

GP Steel Grit: Angular when new, it is quickly completed in use and its decalcification applications are especially suitable.

GL Steel Grit: Although harder than GP hardness, it also loses its sharp edges during stick treatment and is particularly suitable for decalcification and surface preparation applications.

GH Steel Grit: With maximum hardness, GH always remains angular in its operational mix. These abrasives are particularly effective in surface treatment processes and produce a uniform and etched finish.

The GH angle grit should only be used on wheel machines where work requirements take precedence over cost-price considerations (for example, with rolling cylinders or when a special finish is needed). For use mainly with compressed air equipment.
